I just returned from a lovely trip to Montreal. That city is divine, the french food delicious the friendliness of the Canadians is so refreshing, and what a beautiful open sky drive! I had the pleasure of visiting fellow artist and art blogger, Edith Rey (www. doreyme.blogs.com) at her studio. She's as fabulous as her wonderful art, which I'm happy to say I brought home with me! It was wonderful fun to meet her in the real, as we actually first met via this art blog.
Well, this is my last 2007 painting, and I'm looking forward to 2008 with glee!

I was very taken aback by the beautiful colors of Winter, despite the gray skies. I am completely in love with the frozen mint colored grasses, and what a combination against the rusted dirty leaves.
